Day 1: Arrival & Intention

We arrive, settle in, and begin to unwind from the rhythm of daily life.
Together, we share our first dinner and gather around the fire — an evening to connect, be seen, and ease into the energy of the retreat.
A gentle treat for the heart as we set our intentions for the days ahead.

Day 2: REMEMBER

A day to reflect on the year gone by — the growth, the lessons, and the moments that shaped you.
Through mindful movement, breath, and time in nature, we slow down, sink into presence, and treat ourselves to gratitude — remembering who we are beyond the doing.

Day 3: BE

A day to simply be.
Breathwork, meditation, creative exploration, and nurturing experiences become a treat for the soul — reminding us that rest, presence, and being are powerful forms of leadership.

Day 4:  BECOMING

A day to dream and reimagine what’s next.
Through visioning, co-creation, and inspired dialogue, we treat our future selves — planting seeds of clarity, purpose, and aligned action for the year ahead.

Day 5: Celebrate & Integrate

We gather to honor our journey together — reflecting, sharing, and celebrating how far we’ve come.
Through joy, gratitude, and connection, we treat our spirits to one final moment of expansion before returning to the world renewed, recharged, and inspired.
